By using DailyDrip, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

2. User-Generated Content

You are responsible for the content you submit, including community quotes and comments. Do not submit copyrighted material, hateful content, or spam. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms.

3. AI-Generated Content

Quotes generated by our AI are for inspiration only. They are not professional advice. We are not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated content.

4. Subscriptions

Free accounts are limited to 3 AI generations per day. Pro and Premium plans remove this limit and unlock additional features. Subscription fees are billed monthly or yearly and are non-refundable except where required by law.

5. YouTube Publishing

If you connect your YouTube channel, you are responsible for all content published to it. We are not liable for YouTube policy violations or account actions resulting from published videos.

6. Account Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

7. Limitation of Liability

DailyDrip is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of this app.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
